The bed was so good

Water was broken not even for bathrooms

What I like was the area was close to many places and was very clean.

Restaurant and staff were great. Facilities were somewhat shabby. Bedding was not up to standard for a 4 Star hotel.

It is close to the center.

Centrally located, hot water available, very comfortable beds, air conditioning

The location is great, close to the center of the city, there is food nearby a church and easy to get uber or taxis there. The room was clean, and big, we also enjoyed the balcony very much. We did not use the pool , however did see it was used frequently. Hopefully next time we visit we can use their pool.

I had some issues with my first room (suite); but the staff managed to give me another room (without hydromassage bath), but with an extra top mattress to make the bed softer. Also due to the issues with my room, i got complimentary breakfast which was nice.

The oversized bath tub was a huge bonus that we didn't expect. Easy to find a taxi, and there's an OXXO and restaurants just around the corner.

I like the staff, they are very friendly and helfpul. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were great. 24/7 desk.

The breakfast is classic Mexican food. The pool is good ,The room is pretty good.

Location, 1.5 kilometer to our friend we were visiting. Very convenient for us.

The parking under the room was nice. There was a Jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was pretty good and waiter in the morning was friendly.

The room, the cleaness and the king size bed. The restaurant.

When I checked in the lady gave me the key of another Room was already occupied. Yes, was already occupaied. What kind of attention is that? That is very dangerous. One or the waiters in the small restaurant horrible service. Very, very slow

I requested to stay in room 224 , which has a Kingsize bed. Te request was NOT confirmed and when i phoned in the day of checkin reception said that 224 was not availble anymore but when i checked in they offered us an other nice room with 2 separate beds. Furthermore everything very nice

They,although did not speak english, were very helpful and allowed me too check in early.I definatly received what I paid for and will stay there again.
